Product Management

Product management is the art and science of conceptualizing, building, and maintaining products and solutions. You may be responsible for product management at an established corporate company, new startup, or at a not-for-profit organization. Your strategy, day-to-day tasks, and how you tackle challenges will vary based on where you are - established company, startup or nonprofit. However, the underlying principles behind effective product management have many commonalities. 

Once you master the underlying principles, you can excel in your role as a product manager or product leader regardless of where you may end up successfully managing product(s). My goal is to carve out the underlying principles and outline them through a series of blog posts.
